  • "an odd character"--Ruggles--Dec. 16th 1898-- An Ashland Countian who had ancient coins, thought to be a pauper! An eccentric old man of Ruggles has been removed to the county infirmary. His removal revealed a remarkable state of affairs at his home. He lived alone and nearly starved himself to death though he had plenty around him.
