  • Irondale

6 miles south of Port Townsend

   

Irondale was a logging and mill town, which eventually grew into a iron mill town.  The town had a company store, saloon, hotel, bunkhouses, and other buildings. The town site has begun to be developed.


  • Port Discovery

8 miles southwest of Port Townsend

   

Port Discovery was a lumber milling town. The town had a hotel, general store, and a few other buildings. The town is now ghost.


  • Port Hadlock

7 miles south of Port Townsend

   

Port Hadlock was a lumber mill town. The town grew into a sizable community with the mill, saloons, stores, hotels, etc. The town site is now partially developed.


  • Port Ludlow

16 miles south of Port Townsend

   

Site of the one of the largest lumber mills of the time, Port Ludlow once had hotels, bunkhouses, restaurants, stores, and other businesses. The town is now developed into other businesses. and residences.
