Roche Harbor was a boom town that grew around the lime works of the Tacoma and Roche Harbor Lime Company. The town consisted only of company stores, and other company owned businesses. The town went ghost in 1956, but is now a re-awakened resort town. Thanks to R. Doane for providing update info.
